Interactive shell ("workbook mode")

- Interactive shell mode (based on ashell.sl by J. E. Davis) extended to transform it into a "workbook mode", for the interactive work with (and on) scripts.
ishell_mode() -- attach a process to the current buffer.
ishell() -- new buffer with attached shell (or other process)
shell_command() -- non-interactive, highly customizable system command interface
