Functions for display of web pages from within JED.

- Browse the WWW with jed (and helper applications), similar to Emacs' links.el and browse-url.el.
Open a URL in an external browser (browse_url), find a URL and load as-is (find_url), or view an ASCII rendering of a URL in Jed (view_url).
Unix only.
